I am able to offer training on any aspect of employment law, ranging from taxation to social media.
I write each training course with the specific audience in mind. The complexity of the course can range from a course pitched to lay persons to courses for specialist employment lawyers.
I am also flexible as to how the course will be delivered. Some clients prefer a talk lasting a couple of hours whereas others will want courses that last for half a day to a full day. I can deliver talks in the style of a lecture, or I can deliver an interactive course in which the audience participates.
For example, I can deliver a course to a HR department in which the participants each take on different roles and take decisions as we run through a range of scenarios. We can discuss the options available at each stage and the implications of each decision taken.
